Broccoli, Green Bean & Cherry Tomato Salad

Vegetable salad to go with the crustless tofu quiches.

Time : 10 minutes


Noggin Fix:

This simple side salad has over 150%* vitamin C and over 25% manganese.  There is a little hint (10%) of magnesium, B-2 and B-6 with a dash (4%) of omega 3s and B-3.  This dish mostly helps with dizziness and co-ordination issues.

Broccoli, Green Bean & Cherry Tomato Salad

Serves 3


1 x Broccoli head, chopped into mouth sized chunks
50 g x Green beans, ends removed & chopped in half
12 x Cherry tomatoes, halved
1 tbsp x Sesame seeds


  1. You can have this all raw, so combine all ingredients into a bowl & enjoy OR
  2. Steam the broccoli & beans for 5-8 minutes.  Then combine with cherry tomatoes & sesame seeds.
