This is a simple soup that you can eat tonnes of & never seem full! I know it doesn’t look appetising, but it tastes good. Sometimes I like to add in Jerusalem artichokes if they’re in season. You can forget the parsley & lime juice if you don’t have them in stock.
Time : 35 minutes
With over 200%* vitamin C, 75% vitamin B-6 and 100% magnesium from the combined ingredients and spices this soup helps emotional issues like depression & anxiety, memory, and will go some way to helping dizziness and insomnia. The iron in the cumin combined with the B-6 helps fight fatigue.
